This assignment addresses:
Module Objectives:
- Exploring "What is information"
- Creating a report
- Creating a form
- Use database software to create database forms for user input.
- Use database software to create database reports for displaying information.
Steps for completing the Assignment:
- Note: Make sure your copy of Lastname_Firstname_Access_Practice4.mdb from the module practice activities is completed before completing this assignment.
- Ask your instructor in advance if you have issues completing this.
- Download the attached 'Module Access 3 Assignment.pdf' file and go over the instructions included
- Name your database: Lastname_Firstname_Access_Practice5 <- use your last and first name.
- Complete the assignment using the MS Access software.
- Create a zip file of the MS Access database submit to your instructor via email. The zip file should be named Lastname_Firstname_Access_Practice5.zip <- use your last and first name.
- Note that if the file is too large, email a OneDrive link to the zip file to your instructor.
- EMAIL YOUR INSTRUCTOR ASAP IF YOU RUN INTO ANY ISSUES. DO NOT WAIT TILL THE LAST MINUTE!
